The course is delivered in an intensive 5-day format with didactic lectures, group discussions, interactive workshops, and lived-experience panels.Conclusion The Global Health in Family Medicine Summer Primer has proven to be a successful educational initiative and provides valuable lessons learned for other academic science centres in developing global health training programs for family medicine residents and faculty.
