    Thanks so much for taking a troubling and more frequent problem in the insulin resistance spectrum and proving again, that history is everything. Your simple tool is both validated and powerful. On the strength of your numbers, I will be more aggressive in both detection and treatment of PCO. The tool's specificity approaches that of diagnositic radiology, at a fraction of the cost and dithering.
