Thank you very much for your feedback.

The Top Ten series has been distributed in booklet form to all our residents in family medicine at the University of Ottawa. I am currently in the process of making minor revisions and printing out another batch for our incoming residents. Unfortunately, we do not have the budget for wider distribution yet; however, we may consider individual requests.

My long term plan is to create a Top Ten series in topics relevant to family doctors and hopefully that would gather enough interest amongst national publishers. I am currently working on a teaching tool entitled Top Ten Forgotten Diagnostic Procedures, which reminds us the importance of easy but increasingly unpopular office procedures such as pneumatic otoscopy and microscopy. I also think it would be exciting to follow that with a series on therapeutic procedures which could include everything from otolith repositioning to basic surgical techniques.

I have been really impresssed by your series on common problems in family medicine and their differential diagnoses in the Canadian Family Physician. Not only for use in teaching, but also for daily practice.

I downloaded your complete document and wondered about this information in book form. Has it been published? If so, where is it available?
