An 18-month-old boy presents to our clinic with multiple scaly, pink, flat-topped papules grouped in a linear configuration on the back of his right leg, extending from his heel to his thigh. The lesions first appeared a week ago and have since increased in number. His mother reports that the lesions do not appear to be itchy and do not bother her son. Although recovering from a recent cold, the boy is healthy and his immunizations are up to date—he received his measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine 2 weeks ago.
