    I thank the authors for highlighting the increasing difficulties of getting dermatologic services and how FP/GPs are doing their best to fill the void. I will also suggest that physicians send consults to FP/GPs with interest in dermatology to help decongest the waiting time for dermatology consults with dermatologist.
