
A 44-year-old man presents with a 5-year history of an asymptomatic, progressive, bilateral cutaneous eruption involving the medial aspects of his lower extremities. Physical examination reveals orange-brown irregular patches on the medial aspects of the lower legs, with nonpalpable pinpoint puncta resembling grains of cayenne pepper.
