    The most likely diagnosis is melanoma, applying the ABCDE the lesion is asymmetrical,irregular border, different colours,diameter is more than 6 mm, with recent history of evolution ( increase in size), this lesion should excised with 2-3 mm margin, further action depends on the bertlow and clark pathology.
