
A 34-year-old white woman presents with several small, circular, red maculopapular lesions over her anterior chest and arms. The lesions have been in place for a number of years, with no recent changes. They range in size from 1 to 3 mm and are nonblanchable when compressed. The patient is otherwise healthy and is not taking any medications. The only other dermatologic findings are scattered, small, benign nevi that are long-standing and unchanged.
