A 30-year-old man presented with multiple progressive red to yellowish-brown papules on his face. The papules were asymptomatic and mainly periorbital in distribution. The papules started appearing 8 months before presentation, and some had resolved with residual scarring. Skin examination revealed skin-coloured, slightly erythematous, discrete but aggregated papules, 4 to 5 mm in diameter. The patient was otherwise healthy and did not have a family history of a similar condition.
