Question: Can you identify this condition?

A 52-year-old woman presented with a 1-year history of dry cough and mildly pruritic, well-demarcated papules and annular plaques on the extensor surfaces of both upper and lower limbs. Medical history was not relevant. Pulmonary function test results were consistent with mild restrictive lung disease. Tuberculin skin testing with purified protein derivative was performed, with negative results.
