      • Indication

      • Contraindications

      • Precautions

      • Cost, Compliance

      • Efficacy

      • Adverse effects

      • Dosage, Duration, Direction

    4. Write the prescription

    5. Develop and follow a monitoring plan for the drug in terms of evaluating effectiveness and detecting side effects
