    Relative importance of each factor that influenced career choice among participants choosing primary care careers in family medicine or pediatrics versus participants selecting non–front-line specialties: Error bars represent 95% CIs. Significant differences (P < .05, 2-tailed) were identified for all factors that influenced career choice except practice flexibility (P = .152).
