Correction

In the article “Supporting patients to shape social determinants of health through democratic engagement,” which appeared in the September issue of Canadian Family Physician,¹ the affiliations for Dr Danyaal Raza were incorrect and his competing interests were omitted. The correct affiliation and competing interests are as follows:

• Dr Raza is a family physician in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at St Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, Ont, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto.

• Dr Raza is Volunteer Chair of the Board of Canadian Doctors for Medicare.

The online version has been corrected. Canadian Family Physician apologizes for the error and any confusion it might have caused.
