    My name is D. Melanie Kistnasamy and I am a Sustainability Waste Advisor for ENGIE Impact. I am writing to ask you some follow-up questions about your article. Your responses would be very helpful as I advise my client to remove exam paper towel in their hospitals and MOBs in the United States.

    I am wondering if you were able to remove exam table paper at your medical facility? If so, can you share the feedback of the patient, physician and Environmental Services staff? Any other valuable thoughts/insights you would like to share on the feasibility of the program?
