This month’s cover image, A Door My Second Home, painted by Chadia Kayinamura, is a reflection of her journey from a refugee camp in Uganda to a new home in Canada. Like Chadia, many refugees experience health care struggles and obstacles, from trauma to mental health issues. Chadia hopes to use her experience and education to ease the burden of immigration for future families and children. A clinical review in this issue outlines practical approaches to caring for refugees during the pandemic (page 575).
