    Thank you Dr. Vander Stelt for speaking the truth! Telemedicine is no substitute for comprehensive primary care in person. As a family physician and ED doc I have seen the same thing as you have. Anxious patients, delayed and missed diagnoses are the norm. The fall out of the non-COVID victims of the pandemic is real.
