He is Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine; the Dalla Lana School of Public Health; and the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. He is also a family physician and Scientist at the MAP Centre for Urban Health Solutions, both at St Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.
