This fantastical self-portrait by Canadian artist Zachari Logan represents a queer rendering of his body as an integrated part of the landscape. Recognizing that the care of 2SLGBTQ+ individuals is a natural component of family medicine is a theme of this issue, as stated in our guest editorial (page 377) and explored further in a Third Rail essay (page 415). Another article identifies ways to enhance pregnancy care for transgender and gender-diverse patients that are easy to learn and adopt (page 407).
