In the article “Anti-Black racism in Canadian clinical tools. Ending race-based correction”1 that appeared in the February 2026 issue of Canadian Family Physician, the second-last paragraph on page 126 should have read, “In April 2024, the Ontario Renal Network (ORN) recommended that all laboratories in Ontario use the NKF-ASN task force’s second-line option,12 the CKD-EPI 2021.”

The online version of this article has been corrected.
