A 58-year-old woman presents with a 4-month history of a reddish skin lesion between the right canthus and the nasal bridge. The lesion is a mildly pruritic, indurated, erythematous plaque, about 1 cm in diameter, with overlying telangiectasias. The woman denies having any systemic diseases. Chest radiography reveals bilateral hilar enlargement in the lungs.
